What would a parade be without a band?  The bands below played in our 2025 parade.

If you have a band that would like to participate, contact jmalewski@townofbethanybeach.com.

1st DE Regiment

1st Delaware Regiment (Fife & Drum)

The 1st Delaware Regiment dates to the American Revolution.  These men exemplified a strong fighting spirit, battle after battle, and, despite their numbers never being more than 800 in action, they were, and still are, held in high regard to military historians.  This living history group is one of many reenactment units from all over the United States that bring the Delaware Regiment back to life.

287th Army Band

287th Army National Guard Band

The 287th Army Band provides music throughout the full spectrum of military operations and instills in its soldiers the will to fight and win, fosters the support of its citizens, and promotes its national interests at home and abroad.  Dating back over 230 years to the Revolutionary War, band members have always been an important part of the U.S. Army.

Delmar District Pipe

Delaware Highlanders

Formerly the Delmar District Pipe Band, this local bagpipe band from Clayton, DE has been in the Bethany parade for 28 years!

Capture

The Dixie Express

The Dixie Express is a versatile group of seasoned professionals that can turn any event into a celebration.  This is their first time in our parade, and they've chosen a special list of patriotic songs.

Tidewater Brass

Tidewater Brass Band

Tidewater Brass is an 8-piece New Orleans-style Jazz band out of Wilmington, DE.
